Kulfi is a traditional Indian frozen dessert made by slowly simmering milk until it's thick and creamy, then flavored with either Kesar (Saffron), Pista (Pistachio) or Mango. Unlike Western ice cream, kulfi is not whipped, so it’s denser and richer.
